Nana Oye Bampoe Addo has spent more than three decades in human rights law, gender policy and social protection in courtrooms, in cabinet, and in communities.
She served as Ghana's Minister for Gender, Children and Social Protection, where she built the country's first formal social protection system. Today she is Deputy Chief of Staff at the Office of the President.
